                             1 hour 30 minutes        £70

 Most treatments take one hour.  This is time for a part body massage or reiki healing.

Deep tissue work requires time.  Book in for 1 hour 30 minutes for 

• •   a remedial massage with more than one problem area  e.g. shoulder and lower back 

  •   myofascial therapy with general work and one specific area e.g. back specific

  •   a full body relaxation massage
